Beth Robinson, Teacher
Beth came to her first Pilates class after several years of running, looking for a new way to move and strengthen her body. With an extensive background in classical ballet and dance, she immediately fell in love with the method. She immersed herself in Pilates and finished her comprehensive certification soon after. She became PMA/NPCP (Pilates Method Alliance/National Pilates Certification Program) certified and continues to take courses to uphold this certificate. Beth loves to see Pilates change lives, from the most active athletes to those needing a low impact way to restore movement — and everyone in between.
She lives in Oswego with her husband and three kids. When she’s not practicing or teaching Pilates, she’s shuttling kids around, reading, cooking, or listening to music.
Paula Feuerstein, Teacher
Paula sought out Pilates to help with her lower back pain. Having been fairly active for years with walking to weight training and hot yoga, Pilates was the key to improving her overall health and chronic lower back pain. Paula quickly fell in love with Classical Pilates and found it to be the perfect fit and integral with other forms of exercise. Pilates provided a challenging workout and the mind-body connection that she was looking for.
Paula began her certification journey with Core Mat I in 2021 and quickly followed with further Mat and Reformer certifications. She successfully completed the Power Pilates Comprehensive Program in 2023.
After working as a registered nurse for 16 years, she is well-equipped to assess what the body needs and also applies this skill when working with clients on setting and achieving their health and wellness goals. Her goal is to have all her clients feel better in body and mind than they did prior to their session. Paula has a drive to help others and finds joy in witnessing their improvements toward overall health and wellness. She is a true believer that Pilates can help everyone achieve and maintain health and wellness throughout the aging process.
Paula holds a BSN as a registered nurse. She loves spending time with her husband Eric, children Max and Skylar, and two crazy dogs Ozzy and Nucky.
Claire Uribe, Teacher
Claire started practicing Pilates after sustaining several sports injuries. She was released from physical therapy but was encouraged by her therapist to take up Pilates to build her core strength before returning to swimming, biking, and hiking. Claire quickly realized that Pilates addressed many of the rehabilitation exercises that she'd had over the years in physical therapy, and that it gave her the core strength she needed to live her life the way she wanted to. Currently an elementary school teacher, Claire decided to extend her love of teaching to adults as well as children, especially those who are in need of the restorative power of Pilates.
She completed her Power Pilates Mat Certification in 2022, and her Power Pilates 600-hour Comprehensive Training in 2023, certifying her in apparatus through the advanced level.
Claire lives in Oswego with her husband. She has three grown children who live across the country. When she's not teaching or practicing Pilates, she enjoys travel, the outdoors, and cooking.
